Draftwise is providing an AI-powered legal document drafting and knowledge management platform. Draftwise integrates with a law firm's document management system, and using its language recognition capabilities it extracts the context and information from each document and makes every clause searchable directly within Microsoft Word (which is the tool lawyers spend most of their time). Draftwise currently focuses on the transactional law departments of large law firms (top 500 law firms) or enterprise in-house legal teams in English-speaking markets.
